Sketch and Guess Party collects minimal information to enable gameplay:

• Display Name: A nickname you enter when creating or joining a game room. This is used only during active gameplay and is not stored after the session ends.
• Drawing Data: Stroke and coordinate data generated while drawing. This is transmitted in real time to other players and is not stored after the game session ends.
• Chat Messages: Guesses you submit during a game round. These are transmitted in real time and are not stored after the session ends.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process any of the following:

• Email addresses or contact information
• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Photos, videos, or files from your device
• Browsing or usage analytics
• Financial or payment information

3. How We Use Information

The information listed in Section 1 is used solely to enable the core gameplay experience: displaying your name to other players, broadcasting your drawings, and sharing your guesses in real time. No data is retained after a game session ends.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Sketch and Guess Party operates entirely with in-memory game state. All game data (player names, drawings, guesses, scores) exists only while a game room is active. When a room is closed or all players disconnect, all associated data is permanently deleted from memory. We do not use databases or persistent storage for gameplay data.

5. Third-Party Services

Sketch and Guess Party does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share any information with third parties.

6. Children's Privacy

Sketch and Guess Party does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require account creation, and no persistent personal data is stored. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will take steps to address the concern.

7. Data Security

All real-time communication between your device and our servers uses secure WebSocket connections. Since we do not store personal data persistently, the risk of data exposure is minimal.

8. Your Rights

Since Sketch and Guess Party does not store any personal data beyond an active game session, there is no persistent data to access, modify, or delete. When your game session ends, all associated data is automatically removed.
